What is VAL?
VAL files are the audio exported from an Olympus voice recorder such as the W-10 and Olympus DSS Player Lite.
About Olympus Player Software
Comes with Olympus voice recorder and related products, the DSS Player Software is used to playback and archive the notes of users. It is included with all Olympus Digital Voice Recording products that feature model-specific special functions.
Using the free DSS Player Lite users can be sure that their DSS files can be opened by any recipient: colleagues, business partners, family members etc. Simply include a copy of DSS Player Lite or a link to the Olympus software download page with their e-mails.
